摘  要:高炉矿渣是炼铁的主要副产品,产量大,对环境有一定污染,其主要成分与无碱玻璃纤维的成分相近.借助单丝设备,利用质量分数为40.0%-66.8%的高炉矿渣组分成功拉制了直径为10-15μm的玻璃纤维,并测试分析了其物理化学性能.结果表明,随着矿渣组分的增加,玻璃纤维各项性能均呈上升趋势,但料性变短、易析晶.其中,利用质量分数为50.0%的矿渣制备的玻璃纤维具有较好的力学性能,其单丝拉伸强度最高可达8.13cN/dtex,拉丝温度为1 280℃.因此,利用高炉矿渣制备无碱玻璃纤维是可行的.Blast furnace slag is the major by-product in the process of iron-making,which has high yield and will pollute the environment,and the main composition of the slag is almost the same as that of the alkali-free glass fiber.With the single glass fiber crucible furnace,the 10-15μm diameter glass fibers were prepared with 40.0%-66.8% slags according to the formula of the alkali-free glass fiber,and the physical and chemical properties of the glass fiber were tested and analyzed.The results show that the more is the slag,the higher are all the properties of glass fiber,however,it varies sharply on viscosity and is feasible to crystallization.When the mass fraction of the slag is 50.0%,the prepared glass fibers have good mechanical properties.The tensile strength of single fiber is up to 8.13 cN/dtex,the drawing temperature was 1 280 ℃.Therefore,it will be feasible for the blast furnace slag to produce alkali-free glass fiber.
