摘 要:为提高油菜产量和品质,探究复盐胁迫对油菜幼苗生长的影响,采用营养沙土培养油菜两周后,移至水培。以Na Cl、Ca Cl2、Mg SO4、Na2SO4、Na HCO3作为复盐成分,人工设定11种不同浓度复盐进行胁迫处理,检测油菜幼苗叶绿素、可溶性糖、过氧化氢含量、游离脯氨酸含量及根系活力、根长、株高7项指标,分析复盐胁迫对油菜生理生化指标的影响。结果表明,低浓度复盐胁迫对油菜的根长、株高生长有一定的促进作用,复盐含量高于0.9%会抑制根长株高生长;盐分胁迫抑制幼苗叶绿素和可溶性糖的积累,盐分浓度越高,抑制程度越大;低浓度的复盐分胁迫可以促进植株脯氨酸的积累,浓度高于1.5%后,促进作用减小,高浓度则产生一定的抑制作用;低浓度的复盐胁迫对根系活力的影响不大,浓度大于0.9%后会抑制根系活力。To enhance the output and quality of rape, the impact of complex salt stress on the growth of rape seeding was studied. The rape seedlings were removed to hydroponics after being cultivate with the nutrition sand for two weeks. Na Cl 、Ca Cl2, Mg SO4, Na2SO4 and Na HCO3 at 11 different concentration were used as the source of complex salt stress. Then 7 indexes including chlorophyll content, soluble sugar, hydrogen peroxide content, free praline content, root activity, root length,plant height were measured to analyze the impact of complex salt stress on the physiological and biochemical indexes of rapeseed. Results showed that complex salt stress could promote the growth of root length and plant height of rapeseed at low concentration while would inhibit when the complex salt content was higher than 0.9%. Salt stress suppressed the accumulation of chlorophyll and soluble sugar, and the higher the density of salt, the bigger the degree of suppression. Low concentration of salt stress could promote the accumulation of plant praline; and the promotion effect reduced when the density is higher than 1.5%. However, when the density was too high, it showed certain inhibitory action. Low concentration of salt stress had little effect on root activity; but it would inhibit the root activity when the concentration was higher than 0.9%.
