四种植物水浸提液对福寿螺的毒杀效果

摘　　要：分别以天南星(Arisaema heterophyllum Blume)、半夏(Pinellia ternate)、川中南星(Arisaema wilsonii Engl.)、夹竹桃(Nerium indicum Mill.)器官的水浸提液及它们的组合型浸提液,对福寿螺[Pomacea canaliculata(Lamarck)]进行毒杀试验,研究其不同器官浸提液的毒杀效果。结果表明,1单一浸提液毒杀时,夹竹桃叶和半夏块茎水浸提液表现出较好的毒杀效果,夹竹桃叶的灭螺效果最明显,天南星和川中南星块茎的毒杀效果较差。2组合型浸提液毒杀时,"夹竹桃+半夏"组灭螺效果明显优于单一植物浸提液,"夹竹桃+半夏+天南星"或"夹竹桃+半夏+川中南星"组灭螺效果与单一植物区别不明显。3半夏不同器官浸提液的毒杀效果有一定差异,叶毒杀效果较茎和块茎差,毒杀效果由强到弱依次为块茎、茎、叶。The aqueous extracts of Nerium indicum Mill., Arisaema heterophyllum Blume, Pinellia ternate, A. wilsonii Engl.and their mixture were used to examine the poison effects on Pomacea canaliculata（Lamarck）. The results showed that the aqueous extracts of N. indicum Mill. and P. ternate had better effect against snails while both A. wilsonii Engl. and A. heterophyllum Blume had poor effect. Under the same condition, the effect of the mixture of P. ternata ＋ N. indicum Mill. were better than single plant test. The mixture of N. indicum Mill. ＋ P. ternate＋ A. heterophyllum Blume and N. indicum Mill. ＋P. ternate＋ A. wilsonii Engl. were worse than their single test. The poison effect against P. canaliculata of different tissues of P. ternate were different, and the poison effect from strong to weak were tubers, stems and leaves.
