摘　　要：研制了一种使用国产氯丁生胶作为主要基体,低成本、高强度的氯丁橡胶护套配方。通过并用加工工艺优良的生胶,选择合适的补强体系及防焦剂,得到了工艺性能好、操作安全、强度高的护套配方。This paper introduced a low-cost chloroprene sheath with high tensile strength using domestic raw chloroprene rubber. By blending import raw chloroprene rubber with excellent processing property, and selecting appropriate reinforcement system and scorch retarder, a sheath formulation with good process performance, safe operation performance and high tensile strength was developed.
