摘　　要：随着新型融资模式的不断涌现,随之而来的风险控制工作成为政府部门和相关企业关注的重点。PFI融资模式强调公共和私人风险分担的合理性,在面对常规的融资风险与公共项目风险时,当事人需要进行科学的、专业度较高的事前分析、风险防范以及预案设置,这样才能将各种风险降到最低,保证融资以及公共项目的顺利进行。More and more new financing modes have come into being,which brought about concern of risk control for the government and the enterprises.PFI Financing mode emphasizes the reasonable share of risks between the public and the individuals.When regular or public financing risks occur,it is necessary to conduct preliminary analysis,risk preventing and plan establishment scientifically and professionally,so that the risks can be decreased to the lowest and the financing can be undertaken smoothly.
