摘　　要：甲壳素及其衍生物作为一种仅次于纤维素的第二大天然高分子化合物,在能源日益紧缺和环境污染愈演愈烈的现代社会,以及对应用可再生材料和环保材料的要求日益提高的背景下脱颖而出,成为人们对新型环保型材料研究的新方向和新希望。本文主要介绍了甲壳素及其衍生物的主要的结构、性质及其提取方法并且对其在农业上的应用做出概括性的阐述。Chitin is the second largest high molecular compound after cellulose. In modern society when energies are increasingly in danger of short supply and the environment is being seriously polluted, calls for the application of renewable and environment-protecting material are more and more urgent. The new progress in the main characteristic, structure and extraction and applied research of chitin in agriculture was discussed.
