摘 要:偶氮苯及其衍生物由于其独特的化学结构和性质,在有机合成、光化学反应和光储蓄设备中都有着广泛的应用。本文以对硝基甲苯为主原料,分别以镁屑、锌粉两种金属为还原剂,通过将对硝基甲苯中的硝基还原偶联,合成了4,4'-二甲基偶氮苯,目标产物通过熔点和紫外光谱进行了表征。以镁屑为还原剂时反应溶剂为甲醇;以锌粉为还原剂时,反应时间控制在10h产率较高,可达84%。For the unique chemical structure and properties of azobenzene and its derivatives, there are a large range of applications in organic synthesis, photochemical reaction and light saving equipment. The nitro toluene is used as the main raw materials to synthesize 4,4’-dimethyl azobenzene through nitroreduction reaction, using two kinds of reducing agents ( magnesium/methanol and zinc/sodium hydroxide ) respectively. The final product was characterized by melting point and UⅤspectra. The methanol chips were used as reaction solvent along with reducing agents magnesium. When the zinc powder was used as a reducing agent, the reaction time 10 h was suitable and the yield was up to 84%.
