摘  要:为了研究激光粒度仪在颗粒分析试验中的应用,通过系列颗分试验探讨了土粒径分布随遮光度的变化规律,并分析了激光粒度仪法与密度计法的异同,得到激光粒度仪可以取代密度计法测试结果的范围区间.试验结果表明:激光粒度仪应用于土样粒度分析,遮光度控制范围为30%~35%时,测试结果重复性最高;粒径小于0.002mm,密度计法测试结果远高于激光粒度仪法,而当土粒径大于0.004mm时,两种方法得到结果较为吻合.研究成果对激光粒度仪在土体粒度分布测试中的应用具有重要意义.To study the application of laser particle size analyzer in grain size analysis, the series of size distribution tests were carried out to discuss the regular pattern of soil particle size distribution changes with injection concentrations. Besides, we compare the similarities and differences between laser particle size analyzer and densimeter method. The result shows that in a certain range the laser particle size analyzer can replace densimeter method. Test results indicate that the laser particle size analyzer used to analyze the soil samples has the highest repeatability results when injection concentrations in the 30%-35% range; the test result by densimeter method is far higher than that by laser particle size analyzer when particle size is less than 0. 002 mm; and when soil particle size is bigger than 0. 004 ram, tallies with the results of the two methods. Research of laser particle size analyzer applicated in measuring and analyzing the grain size distribution of soil particles is of great significance.
