摘 要:采用硫酸酸化废铬鞣液碱沉淀回收的铬泥制备铬鞣液,测试表明其耐碱性能差,且组成主要为阳电荷组分。为此,采用乙酸钠对其蒙囿改性,以耐碱稳定性为指标筛选出最优的蒙囿剂用量,研究了该最优条件下蒙囿改性铬鞣液的电荷组成和鞣革性能。结果表明:按乙酸钠与Cr_2O_3的摩尔比为0.5加入乙酸钠蒙囿改性,浓缩至固含量50%-60%,制备的改性铬鞣液电荷组成与商品铬鞣剂接近;用该鞣液1.44%(以Cr_2O_3计)鞣制的蓝湿革收缩温度超过100℃,颜色浅淡,革坯的力学性能优良,吸收率(以Cr_2O_3计)〉80%。The chrome tanning solution was prepared by sulphuric acid from the chrome sludge recycled by chrome tanning effluent, and its charge composition and tolerance to alkali were investigated. The original chrome tanning solution had poor stability to alkali and there were mainly positive charges in the solution. Thus a masking agent-sodium acetate was applied to modify the original chrome tanning solution and the modifying condition was optimized employing the alkali resistance as index. Moreover, the charge composition and the tanning properties of the modified chrome tanning solution were studied. Results showed that optimal conditions for preparing the modified chrome tanning solution were the molar ratio of sodium acetate to Cr203 0.5 and the solid content of the solution 50%-60%. The resultant chrome tanning solution showed the desired charge composition as the same as that of a commercial one. When the amount of this tanning agent was about 1.44% (based on Cr203), the shrinkage temperature of the tanned leather was above 100 ℃, the absorbility of Cr203 was above 80%, and the tanned leather showed a good appearance and excellent mechanical properties.
