摘  要:采用酸性黄棕壤和石灰性潮土进行连续两季盆栽试验,研究了镉与硝酸盐复合污染条件下苋菜(Amaranthus mangostanus L.)与小白菜[Brassica campestris L.ssp.chinensis(L.)Makino.var.communis Tsen et Lee]混作对小白菜品质及产量的影响。结果表明,在Cd 2.0 mg/kg与N 0.2 g/kg的交互作用下,苋菜-小白菜混作显著降低(P<0.05)了小白菜镉与硝酸盐的含量,黄棕壤第一季、第二季及潮土第一季、第二季收获的小白菜硝酸盐含量分别降低了19.87%、17.31%、27.00%、32.45%;小白菜的镉含量分别降低了23.33%、22.58%、5.82%、7.69%。同时,苋菜-小白菜混作也能提高小白菜的品质及产量,黄棕壤第一季、第二季及潮土第一季、第二季与对照相比,小白菜的维生素C含量分别提高了47.92%、22.66%、29.66%、92.26%,差异均达显著水平(P<0.05);可溶性蛋白质含量分别提高了27.44%、45.29%、39.50%、50.00%,差异均达显著水平(P<0.05);叶绿素含量分别提高了11.68%、19.38%、1.18%、7.47%;可溶性糖含量分别提高了1.34%、31.05%、321.05%、154.55%;小白菜的产量分别提高了2.26%、3.48%、1.89%、19.53%。对小白菜品质及产量而言,均有不同程度的提高,尽管有的差异不显著,但仍有提高的趋势,这对于试验范围内的植物修复而言,均有积极意义。Using acidic yellow brown soil and fluvo-aquic soil for two consecutive quarter of pot experiment, the influence of intercropping of amaranth(Amaranthus mangostanus L.) and Chinese cabbage(Brassica campestris L. ssp. chinensis(L.)Makino. var. communis Tsen et Lee] on Chinese cabbage quality and yield under compound pollution of cadmium and nitrate salt was studied. Results showed that under 2.0 mg / kg Cd and 0.2 g / kg N, the amaranth-Chinese cabbage intercropping significantly reduced(P0.05) Cd and nitrate content in Chinese cabbage, in Chinese cabbage harvest from yellow brown soil in the first quarter, second quarter and fluvo-aquic soil in the first quarter, second quarte, nitrate content was reduced by19.87%, 17.31%, 27.00% and 32.45% respectively; Cd content was reduced by 23.33%, 22.58%, 5.82% and 7.69% respectively. At the same time, amaranth-Chinese cabbage intercropping can improve the yield and quality of Chinese cabbage,compared with the control, from yellow brown soil in the first quarter, second quarter and fluvo-aquic soil in the first quarter, second quarter, VC content was increased by 47.92%, 22.66%, 29.66% and 92.26%, respectively, with the difference all reached to significant(P 0.05) level; the soluble protein content was increased by 27.44%, 45.29%, 39.50%, and50.00% respectively,(P0.05), he chlorophyll content was increased by 11.68%, 19.38%, 1.18%, and 7.47% respectively;the soluble sugar content was increased by 1.34%, 31.05%, 321.05%, and 154.55% respectively; the yield contents was increased by 2.26%, 3.48%, 1.89%, and 19.53% respectively. The quality and production of Chinese cabbage,was promoted to some extent although the increase tendency was not significant for some indexes, which had positive significance for phytoremediation within the test scope.
