摘 要:采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)法测定了红豆杉(Taxus chinensis)等40种树种的木材红外光谱,并对红豆杉等5种针叶树木材红外光谱进行了傅里叶自去卷积的分析。结果表明,针叶树和阔叶树木材的红外光谱特征具有显著差异。通过计算红豆杉等5种针叶树木材的各部位吸收峰强度与1 500cm-1附近吸收峰强度的比值,利用傅里叶自去卷积技术解析红外光谱,形成的衍生谱带可识别不同木材,该技术可用于林业司法鉴定中的木材分类鉴定领域。40 species of wood including Taxus chinensis were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),the FT-IRs of Taxus Chinese and other four kinds of conifers were analyzed with the methods of Fourier self deconvolution.The results showed that there were obvious difference between the FT-IR of conifer and broadleaf. The well distinction between Taxus Chinese and other four kinds of conifers were obtained by application of the Fourier self-deconvolution technique and the relative intensity ratio of peaks at 1 500 cm^-1 to other peaks. In a conclusion, this technique has a good application prospect in wood classification and identification in judicial authentication system.
