摘  要:厌氧发酵产酸是城市污水厂污泥资源化利用的有效途径,但随着处理规模的提高,如何快速高效启动反应器是该工艺应用推广的一个技术瓶颈。应用逐步培养法启动有效容积为125m。的污泥厌氧发酵产酸反应器,整个启动过程未添加任何辅助药剂。通过对反应器内温度、pH值、SCOD、STOC、溶解性碳水化合物、氨氮、磷酸盐、VFAs等指标进行监测来揭示反应器的启动规律。结果表明,反应器在80d内完成了以产酸茵为主导优势的微生物种群培养过程。启动结束时,反应器内温度稳定在30~40℃,pH值稳定在7.0左右,污泥的水解酸化情况趋于稳定,VFAs浓度保持在120mg/L以上,其中乙酸构成比稳定在44%以上。Anaerobic acidogenic fermentation is one of the most effective methods for the sludge resource utilization in municipal wastewater treatment plants, while with the increase of the treatment scale, the issue on how to rapidly and effectively start up the reactor has become a technical bottleneck for the application and popularization of the process. The anaerobic acidogenic fermentation reactor with an effective volume of 125 m^3 for activated sludge was started up by the continuous culture method, and additional chemicals was not needed in the entire start-up phase. The analysis on the start-up of the reactor was conducted by monitoring the parameters of temperature, pH, SCOD, STOC, soluble carbohydrates, ammonia nitrogen, phosphate, VFAs and so on. The results indicated that the aeidogenie bacteria were cultured as the superiority strains within 80 days. The interior temperature and the pH value of the reactor after the start-up phase were stable at 30 to 40 ℃ and 7.0, respectively. The hydrolysis-acidification of excess sludge became stable. The VFAs concentration was stably maintained at above 120 mg/L, and therein, the constituent of acetic acid accounted for 44%.
