摘  要:针对我国北方地区冬季温度低、污水处理厂出水COD和NH3-N浓度难以达标的问题,采用新型高效生物转盘处理城镇污水,考察了在水温<12℃的条件下该工艺对有机物和氨氮的去除效能。结果表明,在水温<12℃、HRT为4.8 h、转盘转速为2.5 r/min、生物转盘BOD5和NH3-N面积负荷分别为10和1.85 g/(m2·d)的条件下,生物转盘对COD、NH3-N的去除率分别可达到76%、80%以上,出水水质满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准,可实现达标排放。Because the concentrations of COD and NH3 - N in the effluent from WWTPs were dif- ficult to meet the discharge standards at low winter temperatures in northern China, a new and efficient rotating biological contactor was used to treat municipal wastewater. The removal efficiency of organic matter and ammonia nitrogen by the process at temperatures below 12 ℃ was investigated. The results showed that under the conditions of wastewater temperature of below 12 ℃, HRT of 4.8 h, rotary speed of 2.5 r/min, and BOD5 and NH3 - N loading rates of 10 g/(m2 · d) and 1.85 g/(m2 · d), the removal rates of COD and NH3 - N were above 76% and 80% respectively. The effluent quality could meet the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ( GB 18918 -2002).
