摘  要:海绵城市具有优良的雨水综合管控的水力特性,是系统解决城市水问题的重要手段,成为国家重要战略发展目标。海绵城市的建设需要契合本地特征,因地制宜。对深圳市历史内涝点进行调查和分析,在内涝成因分析的基础上,建立了针对深圳市内涝特点的海绵城市建设体系和策略,以缓解城市的内涝风险,为类似城市的海绵城市建设及内涝解决方案提供参考和借鉴。With excellent hydraulic characteristics of rainwater management and control, the sponge city is an important means to solve urban water problems, and it has become a national strategic development goal. The construction of sponge city needs to adjust measures to local conditions. The construction system and strategy of sponge city were built based on investigation and analysis of historical wa- terlogging points and waterlogging reasons in Shenzhen to mitigate the risk of city waterlogging. The results can provide reference and guidance about waterlogging solution and construction of sponge city for coastal cities and rapid development cities.
