摘 要:为在非标设备上实现恒张力开卷控制,建立了一种简易的闭环控制系统。该系统在无法安装张力检测元件及卷径测量器精度不足的情况下,通过记录收卷圈数计算收卷卷径,再由流量相等法计算开卷卷径,最后结合实测的开卷扭矩计算实际开卷张力,作为开卷张力闭环控制的反馈量。系统所依赖的检测元件较少,但完全满足设备运行的要求,在实际运用中取得了良好的效果。In order to guarantee the constant uncoiling tension on the non-standard equipment,a sim- pie closed loop control system is established. Under the condition that the tension detecting device can' t be installed and the potentiometer can' t accurately measure the variation of coil diameter, the rotation laps of shaft is recorded and transformed into the winding coil diameter. Then, the uncoiling diameter is calculated based on the volume flow conservation law. Finally, the actual uncoiling tension value is calculated based on the torque measured on-line, which is used as the feedback value for the control system. Although relying on less sensors, the system absolutely meets the requirements of the non-standard equipment and achieves good effect in practical application.
