摘　　要：全球脊髓损伤患者日益增多,脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱严重影响患者日常生活质量,发生肾衰竭、肾脏和膀胱结石、膀胱肿瘤、尿路感染和膀胱尿道反流的风险增加,甚至危及生命。因此,如何实施有效的膀胱管理对脊髓损伤患者的预后至关重要,国内外对神经源性膀胱患者的排尿方式、泌尿系感染的处理原则做了大量的临床研究,本文对此进行总结如下,以为临床治疗提供参考依据。With global spinal cord injury increasing, neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury seriously affects daily life quality of patients with increased risk, the occurrence of renal failure, kidney and bladder stones and bladder cancer, urinary tract infection and bladder urethral reflux, and even endanger the life. Therefore, how to implement effective management is crucial to the bladder in patients with spinal cord injury prognosis, a large number of clinical studies in treatment principle style of voiding and urinary tract infection in patients with neuragenic bladder after spinal cord injury have been made at home and abroad, this paper summarized as follows to provide the reference basis for the clinical treatment.
