2型糖尿病合并颈动脉粥样斑块患者氧化型低密度脂蛋白升高

摘　　要：目的 探讨氧化型低密度脂蛋白（ox-LDL）与2型糖尿病合并颈动脉粥样斑块的相关性,寻找用于超声前筛查的生化指标.方法 2013年12月至2014年12月间2型糖尿病患者98例和同期健康体检人员60例.统计性剐、年龄、体重指数、病程、吸烟史及高血压史等资料并检测其血清甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、ox-LDL水平.结果 2型糖尿病合并颈动脉粥样斑块组ox-LDL水平明显升高.ox-LDL与2型糖尿病合并颈动脉粥样斑块呈正相关（r=0.367,P=0.001）,并且是颈动脉粥样斑块的重要危险因素,ox-LDL水平仅与LDL-C密切相关（t=4.489,P=0.002）.结论 ox-LDL作为LDL的氧化产物其对动脉粥样硬化的筛查更有价值.Objective To explore the correlation between serum levels of Oxidized low-density lipoprotein （ ox-LDL ） and carotid artery plaque in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Methods A total of 98 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients taken carotid artery color doppler ultrasound was divided into without carotid artery plaque group （ 42 cases ） and with carotid artery plaque group （ 56 cases ） . The general data, blood lipid and serum ox- LDL were recorded and compared between two groups. Results Serum levels of ox-LDL in with carotid artery plaque group were higher than those in other groups （ P〈0.01 ） . Serum levels of ox-LDL were positively correlated with carotid artery plaque T （ r=0.367, P〈0.001 ） . Conclusion High serum levels of ox-LDL are risk factors for carotid artery plaque, which are positively correlated with carotid artery plaque.
