高铜钼焙砂酸洗试验研究

摘　　要：对高铜钼焙砂的酸洗工艺进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,在终点pH值0.5、液固比2∶1、反应时间2 h和硝酸一次性加入条件下,铜的脱除率可达99%左右,钼损失率为19.42%,一定程度上实现了钼铜分离。This paper studied on acid pickling process results showed that the leaching rate of copper could 19.42% in the conditions of pH=0.5, L/S=2, leaching of high copper molybdenum calcine. The experiment attain almost 99% and loss rate of molybdenum was time was 2 h and nitric acid was added once.
