山东省区域经济发展战略演化轨迹——兼论鲁南经济带发展

摘　　要：区域经济的发展具有时代性,不同时期有着不同的区域经济发展战略.山东省区域经济发展战略在紧随国家区域经济发展战略的同时,也突出了自身的特征.简要回顾山东省区域经济发展战略状况,将山东省区域经济发展战略划分为共同发展战略、梯次推进战略、多极发展战略、点轴结合发展战略、重点区域带动战略5个阶段,对各阶段的战略背景、主要内容与主要特点进行了深入分析,论述了各阶段鲁南经济带的发展状况.未来山东省区域经济的发展,在坚持现有战略的基础上,"既蓝又黄"地区应当优化调整其区域经济发展战略,以鲁西南经济带为代表的"非蓝非黄"地区应当避免被边缘化的倾向.Regional economic develops with times,different periods have different regional economic development strategy.Shandong Province＇s regional economic strategy follows our country＇s economic development strategy,at the same time,it shows its own chartacteristics.In this paper,the five stages of regional economic strategy in Shandong Province are briefly reviewed,such as common development strategy,echelon advancing strategy,multipolar development strategy,point-axis pattern development strategy and key areas driving strategy.On this basis,the background,main elements and features for every stage of the strategy are in-depthly analyzed,and the different period present situation of economic development is discussed.In the future,to develope the regional economic in Shandong Province should stick to present strategy,optimize and adjust the development strategy in the ＂ blue and yellow area＂,and avoid being marginalized in the ＂ neither blue nor yellow＂ area such as Lunan Economic Belt.
