摘 要:对位于山西某8度设防烈度区的一公寓楼采取基础隔震设计,柱底设置隔震装置,选用天然橡胶支座和铅芯橡胶支座。通过时程分析方法,分析隔震结构在多遇地震和罕遇地震作用下的地震响应。计算结果表明,隔震后结构的自振周期明显延长,上部结构的楼层剪力和层间位移角显著降低,反应位移主要集中在隔震层,隔震效果较好,支座耗能能力较强,结合建筑抗震规范,上部结构抗震设防烈度可按降一度设计。The base isolation technology was applied for the design of an apartment building located in the 8degree fortification intensity region of Shanxi Province. Natural rubber bearings and lead rubber bearings were selected in this project and they were placed at the bottom of each column. Dynamic responses under both frequent earthquakes and rare earthquakes were obtained after time history analyses. Calculation results indicate that the fundamental period of the isolated structure increases obviously,the story shear forces,and the story drifts decreases significantly. The deformation occurs primarily at the isolator layer and the hysteretic loop shows good energy dissipation characteristics. It is therefore concluded from the results that the isolation design meets expectation that the structure can be designed by releasing seismic fortification requirements.
