摘  要:东水门大桥采用纵横梁体系支撑正交异性钢桥面板。在施工过程中,正交异性钢桥面板顶板需分块焊接,不同的焊接顺序将导致不同焊接残余变形。建立东水门大桥标准节段施工过程有限元模型,详细考察了热弹塑性有限元方法和固有应变法对于焊接顺序优化求解问题的适用性,选择固有应变法结合现场实测数据模拟求解了各种焊接顺序后的应力应变场,选取应变能密度函数作为优化评价指标,并结合位移指标,最终确定了最优的顶板焊接顺序为先节段间横向焊缝,其次纵向焊缝,最后节间横向焊缝。The orthotropic steel bridge deck of Dongshuimen Bridge is supported on the vertical and horizontal beam system. In the course of construction,the orthotropic steel bridge deck roof must be welded block-byblock. Different welding sequence will lead to different welding residual deformation. According to the construction process of standard segments,the finite element model was established; the applicability of thermal elastic-plastic finite element method and inherent strain method is investigated for solving optimized sequence. So,inherent strain method is selected to simulate stress-strain field after completion of welding referred to the measured data. Considering the strain energy density function as assessment criteriaand the displacement index,the optimum welding sequence is that transverse weld firstly,longitudinal weld secondly and transverse weld between the segments thirdly.
