城市警察职业压力现状研究及对策探讨——以南京、上海市为例

摘　　要：本文通过对南京、上海两市警察职业压力的调查,旨在为该地区缓解警察职业压力提出相应的合理性建议和参考。本文采用文献数据法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法等方法,对该地区警察压力来源、压力程度及对策进行一定的探讨。研究发现,因警察职业属于高应激高风险的职业,所以在各种职业中,警察的工作压力指数居高不下。研究认为,过度的职业压力不仅会使警察的心理、生理和行为产生一系列异常反应,还会影响警察正常工作的开展,阻碍其工作积极性的发挥,甚至会使其个人生活态度发生消极转变,严重影响其正常生活,对社会带来负面影响。因此,如何使人民警察缓解由各种因素带来的压力值得我们探讨。Based on the occupational stress of Nanjing, Shanghai police, the investigation aims to propose appropriate and reasonable suggestions and references to ease pressure of the police career in these regions. Literature, questionnaire, logical analysis and other methods are adopted to explore the pressure source, pressure degree and corresponding countermeasures. This study finds that the police work pressure index keeps high in a variety of occupations. This paper argues that excessive occupational stress not only make a series of abnormal reactions in psychology, physiology and behavior of the police, but also affect the normal work of the police, hinder their work enthusiasm, and even make their personal life attitude negative, seriously affect their normal life, negatively impact the society. Therefore, how to ease the pressure caused by a variety of factors of the people’s police is worth our discussion.
