摘 要:目的探讨肿瘤专科医院护士结构授权与工作投入的相关性。方法用工作条件效能量表(CWEQ-Ⅱ)和工作投入量表对450名肿瘤专科护士进行调查。结果肿瘤医院护士结构授权总分为(17.94±3.47)分,工作投入总分为(10.88±1.51)分,均处于中等水平;结构授权各维度对工作投入有不同程度的正向影响(均P<0.01)。结论肿瘤专科护士结构授权各维度可正向影响工作投入。护理管理者应针对目前自身所授予权力的不足采取针对性有效授权措施,并建立工作投入干预机制,以提高护士工作投入水平。Objective To identify the correlation between structural empowerment and work engagement of nurses. Methods Four hundred and fifty nurses were investigated using the Conditions of Work Effectiveness Questionnaire Ⅱ (CWEQ-Ⅱ ) and the Work Engagement Scale. Results The nurses of cancer hospital were observed with a moderate level of the average total structural empo- werment (17.94±3.47) and job engagement (10.88±1.51). All dimensions of structural empowerment had positive influence on nursesr work engagement (P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion Structural empowerment has positive influence on work engagement among oncology nurses. Effective measures targeted to the insufficient empowerment should be taken to promote nurses' work engagement.
