标准化护理在神经电生理监测下听神经瘤手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨标准化护理在神经电生理监测下听神经瘤手术中的应用效果。方法选择18例实施听神经瘤手术的患者为标准组,在神经电生理监测下听神经瘤手术过程中实施术前、术中和术后标准化护理程序;并与按常规护理流程完成的20例听神经瘤手术的患者(对照组)进行手术时间和手术配合质量以及手术医生满意度的比较。结果标准组手术配合质量显著高于对照组,手术时间显著短于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论实施标准化护理程序可有效提高手术配合质量,缩短手术时间,提高医生满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of standard nursing care in acoustic neuroma surgery performed under neurophysiological monitoring.Methods Eighteen patients undergoing acoustic neuroma surgery with the use of neurophysiological monitoring were treated as the observation group and received standard nursing care before,during,and after the surgery.Length of the surgery（operative time）,quality of cooperation in the surgery and surgeons′satisfaction were compared with patients who only received routine care in the same surgery（control group of 20cases）.Results Quality of cooperation was significantly higher,whereas operative time was significantly shorter,in the observation group than the control group（P〈0.05 for both）.Conclusion Standard nursing care can effectively improve quality of cooperation in surgery and shorten operative time,thus to enhance surgeons′satisfaction.
