手术医护人员无接触式无菌手套佩戴执行现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解手术医护人员无接触式无菌手套佩戴法的执行现状,分析其原因并探讨改进措施。方法采用掩饰观察法观察2014年7~12月手术医护人员的无接触式无菌手套佩戴操作情况并进行评分。结果手术医生、麻醉医生、手术护士的无接触式无菌手套佩戴操作执行率分别为28.92%、25.46%及100%;操作平均得分为手术医生83.43±9.71,麻醉医生70.32±3.46,手术护士91.04±4.76。结论手术医生与麻醉医生无接触式无菌手套佩戴执行情况尚需改进,应加强医生无接触式手套佩戴标准操作的宣教及演练,以提高其无接触式无菌手套佩戴方式的执行率及操作的规范性。Objective To investigate operating room（OR）staffs′glove donning without directly touching the gloves,and to identify problems and formulate targeted measures.Methods The study was conducted from July to December 2014.OR staffs were required to put on their gloves with hands-in-the-operating-suit manner or with the assistance of scrub nurses.Their glove donning procedure was observed and quality of the procedure was rated on a scale of 1to 100,with 100 being the best performance.Results The rate of glove donning as required was 28.92% in surgeons,25.46% in anesthesiologists,and 100% in OR nurses.Correspondingly,quality of the glove donning procedure scored 83.43±9.71 in surgeons,70.32±3.46 in anesthesiologists and 91.04±4.76 in OR nurses.Conclusion Glove donning with hands-in-the-operating-suit manner or with the assistance of scrub nurses should be improved in surgeons and anesthesiologists.Education and practice should be strengthened to enhance the execution rate and to standardize the operation.
