内外一体式吸引器头的研制与应用

摘　　要：目的探讨内外一体式吸引器头在外科手术中的应用价值。方法选取普通外科手术400例,随机分为对照组和观察组各200例。对照组术中采用传统吸引器头,观察组采用自制内外一体式吸引器头。结果观察组术中吸引器外套筒掉落率为0,对照组为9.5%,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组医生对吸引器头满意率为96.0%,对照组为68.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一体式吸引器头操作方便,可避免手术中吸引器外套筒脱落,降低手术中可能存在的风险。Objective To explore the effect of a home-made internal-external integrated aspirator tip in surgeries.Methods Four hundred surgical operations were divided in a control group and an observation group receiving either traditional aspirator tips or homemade internal-external integrated aspirator tips during the surgery.Results The rate that the external sleeve dropped from the aspirator tip was 0in the observation group and 9.5% in the control group,with significant difference between them（P〈0.05）.Ninety-six percent of surgeons in the observation group and 68 percent of surgeons in the control group were satisfied with the use of aspirator tip,with significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The integrated aspirator tip is easy for operation,thus to prevent external sleeve drop and reduce potential risks in the surgery.
