摘　　要：目的 比较夹板固定与外固定支架治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的疗效. 方法 选取2013年1月至2014年1月桡骨远端不稳定骨折患者74例,随机分为两组,对照组36例,采用夹板固定,观察组38例,采用外固定支架治疗,对比两组临床效果. 结果 观察组优良率为89.5%,对照组为优良率63.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（ P〈0.05）;观察组并发症发生率为5.3%,对照组并发症发生率为19.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（ P〈0.05）. 结论 对桡骨远端不稳定骨折患者采用外固定支架治疗效果显著优于夹板固定治疗,可减少并发症,具有推广价值.Objective To compare the efficacy splint fixtion and external fixation on unstable distal radius frac-ture.Methods From January 2013 to January 2014, 74 cases of Unstable distal radius fractures were selected and were divided into two groups , 36 patients in the control group using the splint , 38 cases in the observation group receiving exter-nal fixator , the clinical effects of two groups were compared .Results Excellent rate in observation group was 89.5%, that was 63.8%in control group, there was significant difference （P〈0.05）; the complication rate in observation group was 5.3%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group （19.4%）, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Unstable distal radius fractures treated with external fixation treatment is significantly better than splint treatment , it can reduce complications , so is worthy of promotion .
