摘　　要：目的 探讨纵隔淋巴结核采用胸腺肽与标准化疗方案联合治疗的临床效果. 方法 选取大同市第四人民医院2013年5月至2014年5月收治的80例纵隔淋巴结核患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,分别进行标准化疗方案治疗与加用胸腺肽治疗,将其效果进行对比. 结果 观察组临床总有效率为100%,对照组为80%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）. 观察组症状缓解时间为（20.1 ±7.9）d,明显短于对照组的（26.3 ±8.7）d,差异有统计学意义（ P〈0.05）. 两组治疗1个月后均有1例肝功能出现异常,停用吡嗪酰胺,取复方甘草酸苷保肝治疗,观察肝功能恢复正常,抗结核治疗方案继续应用. 结论 在标准化疗方案应用的基础上,加强胸腺肽的应用,可显著提高纵隔淋巴结核治疗的临床效果,缩短病程,且有较高安全性,可显著提高患者的生存质量意义.Objective To investigate the clinical effect of thymosin combined with standard chemotherapy on me -diastinal lymphadenopathy .Methods Eighty cases of mediastinal lymphadenopathy in the fourth people ＆#39; s hospital of Da-tong from May 2013 to May 2014 were selected and divided into the control group and observation group , with 40 cases in each group . The control group received standard chemotherapy treatment and the observation group were given thymosin treatment in addition , and the effects were compared .Results The total effective rate （ 100%） in observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （80%）.The remission time [（20.1 ±7.9） d] in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group[（26.3 ±8.7） d].After treatment, for one month, two cases with abnormal liver function occurred （one in each group ） , stopped using the pyrazinamide tablets and conducted the compound adenosine glycosides liver treatment , observed the hepatic function till it normal recoverd and continuing anti-TB treatment programs .Conclusions The appli-cation of thymosin combination therapy combined with standard chemotherapy can significantly improve the effect on medias -tinal lymphadenopathy , shorten the course , and enhance the quality of life of patients .
