A型行为人群血清儿茶酚胺、细胞因子水平及相关性研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨A型行为人群血清儿茶酚胺[肾上腺素（E）、去甲肾上腺素（NE）]、细胞因子[白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、白细胞介素-12（IL-18）]水平,研究儿茶酚胺与细胞因子的相关性。方法：以MMPI-2 A型行为量表评分将被试分为A型行为组（≥11分;159人）、中间型行为组（6-10分;539人）,B型行为组（≤5分;202人）;采用酶联免疫吸附法检测900名大一新生（男,426人;女,424人）血清E、NE、IL-6、IL-18水平。比较各组N、NE、IL-6、IL-18血清水平差异;分析N、NE与IL-6、IL-18的相关性。结果：1A型组血清E[（0.903±0.543）OD值、NE[（1.239±0.647）OD值]及IL-6[（1.994±0.124）OD值]、IL-18[（1.300±0.116）OD值]水平,均显著高于中间型组[分别为（0.487±0.511）OD值、（0.672±0.662）OD值及（1.851±0.164）OD值、（1.198±0.137）OD值,P〈0.01]和B型组[分别为（0.177±0.103）OD值、（0.250±0.194）OD值及（1.744±0.095）OD值、（1.122±0.096）OD值,P〈0.01],中间型组亦显著高于B型组（P〈0.01）;2被试血清E、NE与IL-6、IL-18都显著相关（r=0.594～0.680,P〈0.01）。结论：A型行为人群可能借助高水平的儿茶酚胺诱导细胞因子激活,导致血清中细胞因子持续处于高水平。Objective：To examine of the level of serum catecholamine （norepinephrine,NE,epineph-rine,E,cytokines IL-6、IL-18）of people with Type A behavior and their correlation .Methods：Accord-ing to the MMPL-2 Type A scale , the subjects were divided into Type A group （≥11 scores;159 ca-ses）,middle Type group（6-10 scores;539 cases）,Type B group（≤5 scores;202 cases）.Serum levels of E,NE and IL-6,IL-18 in 900 college freshmen（men,476;women,424）were measured with ELISA;The serum levels＇difference of E , NE and IL-6 , IL-18 among the three groups and their correlation were detected and analyzed .Results：The serum levels of E,NE and IL-6,IL-18 in Type A group were higher than those in middle group and in Type B group （ P〈0 .01 ） and so were higher in middle group than in Type B group （ P〈0 .01 ） .The significant correlation were found between the serum level of N ,NE and IL-6,IL-18（r=0.594～0.680,P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Type A behavior may make cytokines ac-tivate and cause that serum cytokines always are in high level .
