军事飞行员成就动机的现状分析

摘　　要：目的：探索军事飞行员成就动机水平及其与成就动机特征之间的关系,为心理服务提供理论依据。方法：采用成就动机量表（AMS）和军人成就动机特征评定表对157名现役军事飞行员进行测量。结果：1军事飞行员成就动机强、中等和弱的比例分别为80.3%、4.5%和15.3%;军事飞行员避免失败动机（t=-5.223,P〈0.01）、成就动机总分（t=4.562,P〈0.01）与大学生存在显著差异;2军人成就动机特征总分及各维度与追求成功动机（r=0.330～0.456,P〈0.01）、成就动机总分（r=0.240～0.399,P〈0.01）呈显著正相关;军人成就动机特征总分（r=-0.164,P〈0.05）及主动（r=-0.182,P〈0.05）、坚韧（r=-0.163,P〈0.05）和乐业（r=-0.195,P〈0.05）维度与避免失败呈显著负相关。结论：大多数军事飞行员成就动机水平较强,且成就动机总分高于大学生;进取、主动、求精、坚韧、奉献、乐业对追求成功、避免失败及动机总分有不同程度的相关关系。Objective：To explore the relationship between levels of military pilots＇achievement motive and features of military servicemen＇s achievement motive ,and provide a theoretical basis for psychological services.Methods：To survey 157 serving military pilots with Achievement Motive Scale （ AMS） and Fea-tures of Military Servicemen＇s Achievement Motive Scale （ FMAMS） .Results：①The proportion of military pilots having strong ,medium and poor achievement motive was respectively 80 .3%,4 .5%and 15 .3%. Military pilots＇motive to avoid failure（t=-5.223,P〈0.01）and total points of achievement motive （t=4.562,P〈0.01）were significantly different from undergraduates＇.②Total points as well as each factor of FMAMS had significantly positive correlations with motive to pursue success （ r =0.330 ～0.456,P 〈0.01）and total points of achievement motive （r=0.240～0.399,P〈0.01）;Total points（r=-0.164,P〈0.05）as well as the zd（r=-0.182,P〈0.05）,jr（r=-0.163,P〈0.05）and ly（r=-0.195,P〈0.05） factors had significantly negative correlation with motive to avoid failure （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion：Most military pilots achievement motivation is in high level , and scores of AMS are higher than college students;Jq,zd,qj,jr,fx,ly have different degrees of correlation with motive to pursue success ,avoid fail-ure and total points of achievement motive .
