摘 要:目的:研究大学生亲密能力发展特点与现状,为提升大学生人际交往能力提供有利支持。随机抽取江苏某高校大一至大四年级1297余名学生。方法:采用分层随机抽样法,使用人际亲密能力量表进行调查,使用SPSS22.0进行方差分析、t检验等。结果:当代大学生亲密能力的发展及其情绪支持、主动表露、冲突处理因子均存在显著的年级差异(F=6.069,5.706;P<0.01;F=5.094,P<0.05;F=10.603,P<0.01);在情绪支持、冲突处理等具体因子上表现出较为显著的性别差异(t=-4.408,-3.447;P<0.01);负向决断因子表现出显著城乡差异(t=2.326,P<0.05);学干与否在情绪支持、主动表露因子上表现出显著差异(t=2.314,P<0.05;t=2.568,P<0.01)。结论:大学二年级男生未担任学生干部的学生的人际亲密能力总体发展水平最为低下,应为重点的关注对象,他们是人际交往障碍的敏感群体。Objective:To study the characteristics and status quo of college students' ability to develop intimacy,and provide a favorable support for college students to enhance their interpersonal skills .Meth-ods:1297 students from freshman to senior grades were randomly selected , and completed interpersonal intimacy scale,analysis of variance using SPSS 22.0,T inspection.Results:Development of ability inti-mate and emotional support , proactive disclosure , conflict management factors had significant differences among grades(F=6.069,5.706,5.094,10.603;P〈0.01);Emotional support on specific factors ,such as conflict management showed significant gender difference (t=-4.408,-3.447;P〈0.01);Negative de-cision factor showed significant differences between urban and rural areas (t=2.326,P〈0.05);To be student cadres or not had significant differences in the mood support ,and initiative to reveal factors ( t=2.314,2.568;P〈0.05).Conclusion:The overall developments of the boys who are not student cadres have poor interpersonal intimacy ,and they should be concerned;they are sensitive to interpersonal barri-ers.
