摘　　要：该文以目前我国体育产业中的人力资源为研究对象,运用文献资料法以及访谈法进行汇总研究,得出结论:目前我国目前体育产业人力资源配置存在诸多问题;这些问题的出现主要受高校教育、政府部门、市场、体育企业四方面的影响;随之笔者尝试从这四个方面分别提出改进意见。以期为我国体育产业人力资源优化配置方面的研究和实践提供参考。In this paper, the sports industry of our country＇s ihuman resources as the research object, using the method of literature and interview summary of research, draw the conclusion： at present the allocation of human resources of sports industry has many problems; the emergence of these problems is mainly affected by the impact of higher education, the four aspects of government, market, sports enterprises then the author tries to; from this four aspects put forward the improving suggestions. In order to sports industry of our country human resource configuration optimization research and practice to provide a reference.
