多层螺旋CT增强扫描在肺动脉血栓栓塞的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究多层螺旋CT增强扫描在肺动脉血栓栓塞(PTE)的临床应用价值。方法对2010年2月—2014年2月期间该院收治45例PTE患者分别采用多层螺旋CT增强扫描和肺通气/灌注(V/Q)显像检查,观察对比两种检查的检出率、灵敏度、特异性。结果两组在检出率、灵敏度、特异性比较中,观察组明显优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT增强扫描可有效显示PTE栓塞形态、部位、分期及间接征象,为临床提供确切的诊断信息。Objective To explore the clinical application value of multislice spiral CT enhanced scan in the diagnosis of pulmonary thromboembolism（PTE）.Methods All the 45 cases with PTE admitted in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2014 underwent multislice spiral CT enhanced scan and ventilation/perfusion ratio（V/Q） examination and the detection rate,sensitivity and specificity of these two kinds of methods were observed and compared.Results The observation group was much better than the control group in the aspects of detection rate,sensitivity and specificity,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Multislice spiral CT enhanced scan can provide exact information for clinical diagnosis by effectively showing the shape,location,stage and indirect signs of PTE.
