来氟米特治疗常复发性肾病综合征的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨常复发性肾病综合征采取来氟米特治疗的疗效。方法随机选取于2011年8月—2014年8月期间该院接收的常复发性肾病综合征患者60例,随机将其平分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用环磷酰胺治疗,研究组采取来氟米特治疗,观察两组疗效。结果对照组用药持续缓解时间明显短于研究组(P<0.05),同时临床疗效明显差于研究组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率较研究组明显要高(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论常复发性肾病综合征采取来氟米特联合激素治疗,可有效延长用药持续缓解时间,疗效显著,同时不良反应少,值得推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Leflunomide in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome.Methods 40 cases of near 3 years in our hospital during the period of receiving often relapse nephrotic syndrome patients,be divided into the study group and the control group,the control group received cyclophosphamide treatment,the research group used leflunomide treatment,observation of curative effect of two groups.Results In the control group,drug sustained remission time was significantly shorter in the study group（P〈0.05）,and clinical curative effect is obvious difference in the study group（P〈0.05）,the study group was significantly higher than the rate of adverse drug reaction（P〈0.05）,with statistical significance.Conclusion The URNS adopt leflunomide combined with hormone therapy,can effectively prolong the drug sustained remission time,obvious curative effect,and less adverse reaction,is worth promoting.
