摘  要:目的为获得一种方便、准确和灵敏测定游泳池水中尿素的测定方法。方法应用SKALAR San++流动注射技术在线测定游泳池水中的尿素,水样在线加热后可直接进行定量分析。结果方法的最低检测浓度为3.9μg/L;线性范围0.01-1.00 mg/L呈直线,其相关系数r=0.99992;加标回收率为79.3%-106%,线性范围0.50-10.0 mg/L呈直线,其相关系数r=0.99999;加标回收率为92.5%-104%。国标法中分光光度法对照,检测结果差异无统计学意义(t=0.562,P〉0.05)。结论该方法操作简便、快捷,灵敏度高,线性范围宽、精密度和准确度均符合检测要求。Objective To establish a method of flow injection analysis for determiantion of urea in swimming poor water.Methods Analyze urea on-line in swimming poor water by SKALAR San++ continuous flow injection.Results Detection limit was 3.9μg/L.The linear range for urea was 0.01-1.00mg/L,with r= 0.9992. and the recovery rates were 79.3-106 %. The linear range for urea was 0.50-10.0mg/L,with r= 0.9999. and the recovery rates were 92.5-104%.There was no significant differences(t=0.562,P〉0.05)in test results with Spectrophotometric by national standard method. Conclusion The method was simple and sensitive compared with method of standard.
