摘 要:目的为了解噪声和刺激性气体共同作用对耳科疾病的影响。方法以天然气净化车间275名从业人员做为观察组,以硫磺储运车间、某采气区、应急救援中心从业人员做为3个对照组进行听觉系统体检结果对比分析。结果观察组检出外耳道疾病98例(35.64%),与对照组一相比差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.57,P>0.05),显著高于对照组二、三(χ2=25.56,χ2=34.46,P<0.01),对照组一显著高于对照组二、三(χ2=5.74,0.01<P<0.05;χ2=10.77,P<0.01);观察组检出听力损失26例(9.45%),与各对照组相比差异均无统计学意义(χ2=2.70,χ2=1.30,χ2=3.09,P>0.05)。结论长期接触低浓度刺激性气体导致外耳道疾病发病率升高,同时接触两种刺激性气体对外耳道疾病的发生和发展有相加作用。Objective To understand how noise and excitant gas affect otology diseases. Methods In natural gas purification workshop 275 workers as a group, a gas extraction area in sulfur workshop, storage and transportation, the emergency rescue center staff for three control auditory system medical examination results contrast analysis. Results Observation group of external auditory canal disease detection rate of 98 cases(35.64%), there was no statistically significant difference compared with control group 1(χ^2=0.57,P〉0.05), significantly higher than the control group 2,3(χ^2=25.56,χ^2=34.46,P〈0.01);the control group 1 is significantly higher than control group in 2, 3(χ^2=5.74,0.01P〈0.05;χ^2=10.77,P〈0.01);Observation group detected 26 hearing loss(9.45%),the difference compared with the control group had no statistical significance(χ^2=2.70,χ^2=1.30,χ^2=3.09,P〉 0.05).Conclusion Long-term exposure to low concentration excitant gas lead to higher incidence of external auditory canal diseases, at the same time contact two excitant gas on the occurrence and development of external auditory canal diseases have additive effect.
