“膀胱持续冲洗床边护理记录单”的设计及应用

摘　　要：目的通过设计"膀胱持续冲洗床边护理记录单"并广泛使用,规范泌尿外科手术后患者膀胱持续冲洗操作流程。方法针对该科室泌尿系手术后患者常规膀胱持续冲洗的专科护理操作,设计制作了"膀胱持续冲洗床边护理记录单",内容包括床号、姓名、性别、住院号等眉栏部分,以及日期、时间、冲洗液名称、序号、冲洗是否通畅、冲洗液颜色、冲洗速度、签名的表格内容。对于膀胱持续冲洗患者将此表悬挂于床旁,更换液体时及时填写完善。结果此表使用方便、内容完善、便于观察,护士操作方便且规范。结论 "膀胱持续冲洗床边护理记录单"的实行可规范泌尿系手术后膀胱持续冲洗操作流程,方便护士观察、记录、核对、计费,更好的加强病人护理安全管理。Objective through the design of ＂continuous bladder irrigation of bedside nursing record sheet＂ and widely used, standardized Department of Urology operation patients with continuous bladder irrigation after operation. Methods According to the nursing operation in urinary bladder after operation in patients with conventional continuous irrigation, designed ＂bedside continu-ous bladder irrigation nursing record sheet＂, including the bed number, name, gender, hospitalization, eyebrow part of the column,and the date, time, number, name, washing liquid, washing liquid washing is smooth the color table of contents, washing speed,signature. For patients with continuous bladder irrigation of this form hanging in the bed, the replacement of liquid fill perfect.Results The convenient, perfect, easy to observe the use of this table, the convenient operation and specification. Conclusion ＂Continuous bladder irrigation nursing records＂ the implementation of standardized operation after urinary bladder flushing operation, convenient observation, recording, check the nurse, accounting, strengthen the safety management of nursing care of patients better.
