摘　　要：随着我国市场经济的发展及医疗体制的改革深入,社会公众,社会公众对医疗服务的需求呈多元化、高品质的趋势。护理形象管理是一个长期的过程,需要坚实的护理人员基础和规范的管理制度,对于护理形象的深度理解会帮助护士消除负面的影响,并能为护士及其专业建立一个更专业的形象。可提高社会公众及病人对护理工作的认可程度,提高护理的声誉,良好的护理形象是医院赢得医疗市场竞争胜利的必备条件。With the development of market economy in our country and in-depth reform of the medical system, the social public,the public demand for medical services showed a trend of diversification and high quality. Image of nursing management is a longterm process, need solid foundation for the nursing staff and standardized management system, for the care of the image depth understanding will help nurses to eliminate negative influence, and for nurses and its professional to create a more professional image. Can improve the degree of the social public recognition of nursing and patients, improve the reputation of the care, good care image is the essential condition of hospital victory in the competition of medical market.
