摘　　要：目的分析县级医院在感染控制中存在的问题和对应对策。方法对县级医院中目前的管理现状进行深入分析,并组织院内医护人员讨论在医院感染控制中存在的主要问题,制定出有针对性的手段对策。结果在对院内感染控制管理问题分析并提出针对性对策之后,对控制制度能层层落实,有效地保证了护理质量。结论在建立严格的院内感染控制制度后,有效地减少了各个环节的污染产生的可能性,对提升医院的护理质量具有非常重要的作用。Objective Analysis of the county hospital in infection control problems and corresponding countermeasures.Methods The in-depth analysis of the current situation of the management in county level hospital, and medical staff in hospital to discuss the main problems in the control of hospital infection,to develop targeted measures countermeasures.Results After the analysis of the control and management of nosocomial infection and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, layers of implementation of the control system, effectively ensure the quality of nursing care.Conclusion The infection in the hospital to establish a strict control system, effectively reduce the possibility of all aspects of the pollution, plays a very important role in improving the quality of care in hospital.
