摘　　要：目的评估Ishiguro法治疗Mallet骨折的短期临床疗效。方法采用Ishiguro法手术治疗15例新鲜Mallet骨折患者，随访时间2—11个月，平均随访时间5．3个月，采用Dargan标准进行功能评定。结果15例可复性陈旧骨性槌状指中，14例取得骨性愈合，采用Dargan法进行功能评定：15指中6指优，6指良，3指可，0指差，优良率80．0％。结论Ishiguro法治疗Mallet骨折效果良好。Objective To evaluate the short-term clinical efficacy of the Ishiguro extension block technique for the treatment of fresh Mallet finger fracture. Methods Fifteen cases with fresh Mallet finger fracture were treated with the Ishiguro extension block technique from September 2011 to February 2013. The postoperative follow-up time ranged from 2 to 11 months, with an average of 5.3. Dargan function evaluation system was used. Results Bony union was obtained in 14 cases. According to Dargan function evaluation system, there were 6 excellent, 6 good, 3 fair, and 0 poor effects. The overall effective rate was 80%. Conclusion the Ishiguro extension block technique for the treatment of fresh Mallet finger fracture may produce satisfactory results.
