高压氧治疗慢性酒精中毒性周围神经病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨高压氧治疗慢性酒精中毒性周围神经病(CAPN)的临床疗效。方法将60例CAPN患者依据随机分组法分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,治疗组经过常规药物治疗后结合高压氧治疗。分别在治疗前及治疗2周后通过临床症状和肌电图状况进行评价。结果高压氧治疗2周后,治疗组临床症状和肌电图改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压氧对CAPN疗效确切,耐受性良好,可明显且快速改善患者的临床症状。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of hyperbaric oxygenation on chronic alcoholism peripheral neuropathy（CAPN）. Methods 60 patients with CAPN were randomly divided into treatment group（30 cases） and control group（30 cases）： the control group was given conventional drug treatment alone, while the treatment group was given hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with conventional drug treatment. Clinical symptoms and nerve conduction velocity（NCV） were used to evaluate patient before therapy and 2 weeks after treatment. Results After 2 weeks treatment Clinical symptoms and NCV of treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）, using hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the treatment of patients with CAPN had significant efficacy than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy with patients showing good tolerance and remarkable effect for CAPN patients may improve clinical symptoms rapidly and obviously.
