小儿慢性咳嗽的病因分析及中医证候分布

摘　　要：目的研究小儿慢性咳嗽的病因和中医症候分布情况,为临床诊断和治疗提供参考依据。方法该研究采取回顾性分析法进行研究。随机抽取该院儿科收治慢性咳嗽患儿110例,进行分组研究。按照年龄分为:婴幼儿组36例、学龄前组36例和学龄期组38例。结果婴幼儿组呼吸道感染30.56%,学龄前组变异性哮喘27.78%和肺炎支原体感染30.56%,学龄期组上气道咳嗽综合征31.58%。所有研究对象中,变异性哮喘25.45%和上气道综合征21.82%所致咳嗽比例较高。中医证候分布:风邪久恋(33.64%)、痰热壅肺(28.18%)和痰湿蕴肺(20.91%)。结论小儿咳嗽病因以变异性哮喘和上气道综合征为主,婴幼儿组呼吸道感染所致咳嗽比例较高,学龄前组变异性哮喘和肺炎支原体感染所致咳嗽比例较高,学龄期组上气道咳嗽综合征所致咳嗽比例较高。中医证候主要分布为风邪久恋,临床诊断和治疗中,可以参考进行病因治疗和预后判断。Objective Research the causes of chronic cough in children and TCM symptoms distribution,to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods This paper adopts a retrospective analysis research. Extraction pediatric hospital treated110 cases of chronic cough in children, study group. Children divided according to age： 36 cases of infant group, 38 cases of preschool and school-age group of 36 cases of group.Results Respiratory tract infections in infants group 30.56%, preschool group variant asthma 27.78% and 30.56% Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection, the school-age group airway cough syndrome 31.58%. All of the subjects, the variant asthma 25.45% and upper airway cough syndrome 21.82% due to the higher proportion. TCM Syndrome Distribution： Feng Xie long love（33.64%）, phlegm obstruct the lung（28.18%） and phlegm retention in the lung（20.91%）.Conclusion Cough variant asthma and cause to upper airway syndrome, mainly due to respiratory infection in infants set higher proportion cough, asthma and Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection variability preschool group cough higher proportion of the school-age group of gas Road cough cough syndrome caused by a higher ratio. TCM syndrome mainly long love for Feng Xie, clinical diagnosis and treatment, you can refer to cause the treatment and prognosis.
