穴位按揉综合干预对恶性肿瘤化疗不良反应的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位按揉综合干预改善恶性肿瘤患者化疗不良反应的效果。方法将182例恶性肿瘤化疗患者随机分为实验组和对照组各91例,两组均实施穴位艾灸,实验组在此基础上进行穴位按揉、情绪宽慰及情景影响。结果两组治疗后临床症状缓解比较、两组疼痛疗效比较、两组治疗前后体重变化的比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.80、χ2=4.10、χ2=15.1,P<0.05)。结论穴位按揉综合干预可以明显地改善肿瘤化疗不良反应,且病人的耐受性好。Objective Discussion points with comprehensive treatment to improve the effect of side effects of chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumors.Methods The 182 patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, 91 cases each, Both groups to implement plant moxibustion, the experimental group on the basis of meridians by rubbing, emotional comfort and scenarios.Results Two groups of clinical symptoms after treatment comparison, comparison of two groups of pain, the comparison of two groups of weight changes before and after the treatment, there are significant difference（χ2=6.8、χ2=4.10、χ2=15.1,P〈0.05）.Conclusions Acupuncture point with comprehensive therapy can obviously improve the tumor chemotherapy side effects, and the patient＇s tolerance.
