尿液分析仪法,Uf500沉渣分析法与显微镜形态学法在尿液隐血检验中的对比探讨

摘　　要：目的分析研究尿液分析仪法,UF500i沉渣分析法与显微镜形态学法在尿液隐血检验中临床效果。方法选取2013年2月—2014年11月在该院门诊患者尿液样本一共有90份,并且采取尿液分析仪法、UF500i沉渣分析法与显微镜形态学法进行尿液潜血检查,对其结果给予分析研究。结果显微镜检验尿液样本呈现阳性一共有25例,阴性一共有65例,阳性率为27.78%;尿液分析仪和uf500沉渣分析法呈现阳性一共有31例,阴性59例,阳性率为34.44%;以镜检结果当作尿液隐血作为标准,尿液分析仪与uf500沉渣分析法潜血检验的敏感度为92%,假阳性率为8%,假阴性率为89.23%,其之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尿液分析仪法,Uf500沉渣分析法与显微镜形态学法在尿液隐血检验当中结果差别不大,因此,建议三种方法联合检测,进而使误诊以及漏诊明显减少。Objective Analysis and research method of urine analyzer,uf500 sediment analysis method and microscope morphological method clinical effect in the urine occult blood test.Methods Selection in February 2013-November 2014 in our hospital outpatient urine sample has a total of 90 patients,and take the urine analyzer method,uf500 microscope morphological method for urine sediment analysis with occult blood examination,give the result analysis.Results Microscopic test urine samples positive for a total of 25 cases,negative for a total of 65 cases,the positive rate is 27.78%;urine analyzer and positive uf500 sediment analysis method a total of 31 cases,negative 59 cases,the positive rate is 34.44%;microscopy results as urine occult blood as standard, the sensitivity of the occult blood test urine analyzer is 92%,false positive rate is 8%,the false negative rate was 89.23%.Conclusion Urine analyzer method,Uf500 sediment analysis method and microscope morphological method in urine occult blood test results of difference is not big,as a result,suggest three ways of joint detection,to reduce the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis is obvious.
