综合工艺在伊敏露天矿应用的可行性分析

摘　　要：露天矿剥采工作面转向推进的过程中,剥采比增大,开采深度增大,剥离运距增加,如继续采用单斗-卡车工艺,燃油、轮胎等成本将持续增加,原有工艺系统、设备能力逐渐暴露出不足,制约了企业发展。对即将引进的剥离综合工艺进行了详尽的分析论述。In the process of stripping and mining working surface to advancing in the open-pit mine, the stripping ratio and mining depth and transportation distance increase. If adopting single bucket- truck technology, the cost of fuel and tire will increase, the original technology system and equipment gradually expose the problems, which restrict the development of enterprise.The article analyzes the introduced stripping integrated process.
