摘　　要：采用理论分析和多方案对比法,以堡子沟煤矿为例,针对多个井工煤矿整合后转为露天开采特殊条件下的开采程序优化问题,详细对比了2个首采区位置情况下4种拉沟方案的优劣,制定了采区划分及转向方案,优化了堡子沟煤矿井工转露天后的开采程序。Using theoretical analysis and multi-program comparison method, taking Baozigou Coal Mine for example, aiming at the mining procedures optimization problems after underground coal mine into open-pit mining, the article compares the advantage and disadvantage of 4 pulling ditch plans under two first-mining areas position, formulates mining zoning and steering schemes, and optimizes mining procedures after underground mining into open-pit mining in Baozigou Coal Mine.
