摘  要:在含有承压水的粉土、粉砂层的地质条件下进行盾构接收施工,施工风险较大,需要考虑各方面的不利因素,制定出详尽、全面的施工管控措施。以天津某地下三层地铁车站盾构明洞接收工程为例,在参考目前地铁车站明洞接收方法基础上,设计出了盾构明洞接收方案,并采取泡沫混凝土等洞口硬化封闭措施。施工过程中需要防止洞门及箱体破除过程中出现渗漏水;在出洞过程中加强对冷冻体的温度监测,采取合理的技术措施防止盾构机刀盘冻住。工程实践证明施工达到了较为理想的效果。When the shield-receiving construction is performed in the geological conditions of silt or powder sand stratum with confined water,the construction risk increases greatly,in which case various unfavorable factors have to be taken into consideration and detailed and all-round management and control measures have to be worked out.With the shield-receiving project of a certain underground 3-story tube station in Tianjin as a practical example,and upon the basis of referring to the current opencut shield-receiving schemes of other tube stations,a new open-cut shield-receiving scheme is designed in the paper,with spongy concrete adopted for hardening and sealing the entrances of the tunnel.During the construction,percolating water should be prevented in the course of excavating the entrance and breaking the box body.In the course of tunnel-exiting,monitoring the temperature of the frozen body should be intensified,with reasonable technical measures taken to prevent the bite holder of the shield from getting frozen and stuck.Engineering practice shows that the construction of the project achieves quite ideal effect.
