摘 要:提出一种由两个Cuk变换器通过输入串联、输出并联的方式组合而成的单级非隔离双Cuk逆变器。介绍该逆变器的电路结构,并分析其单电源供电时的工作原理。针对输入电容电压的均衡问题,给出两种解决方法,并选择调制波修正法作为最终的实现方法。该文采用带电网电压前馈的并网电流控制策略,实现双Cuk逆变器的单位功率因数并网。试验结果验证了理论分析和仿真研究的正确性。A single-stage non-isolated dual Cuk inverter is proposed in this paper, which is composed of two improved Cuk DC converters combined by input-series and output-parallel. The circuit structure as well as its operation principle under single power source is introduced. As to the problem of input capacitor voltage equilibrium, there are two solutions are presented, modulation wave modification method as one of which is finally selected. Grid-connection with unity power factor of the dual Cuk inverter is implemented by current control scheme with grid voltage feedforward. Experimental results verified the correction of theoretical analysis and simulation study.
