中国女性老年人口健康与经济性收入来源比较分析——基于六普数据

摘　　要：女性老人自身特点决定了其健康状况的特殊性,随着该群体数量的不断增加,老年女性健康形式与养老面临新挑战。本文根据"六普"相关数据,详细分析了我国女性老年人口现状、健康特征及经济性收入来源等相关问题。结果显示:女性老人数量从70岁起超过男性,且迅速扩大;女性整体健康状况不及男性;西部地区老年女性收入不及男性,更不及东部女性;老人健康状态呈明显的性别、城乡与区域差异。因此,在提供养老照料与服务等方面,需充分考虑性别特征及差异问题。The characteristics of the elderly women determine the complexity of their health situation, and with the increase of the number in this group, the health types and endowment of the elderly women are facing new challenges. The present paper, based on the Sixth Census Data, analyzes the current situation, health features and other related issues of the elderly female population in China. The result shows that the number of elderly female has been expanded rapidly and surpasses that of the male after the age of 70 years old. However, the general health condition of elderly women is inferior to that of elderly men. In the West of China, the elderly women’ s income is less than that of elderly men, much lower than that of the elderly women in the East. The health conditions of elderly people are different in gender, in cities and countryside, and in different regions. Therefore, when working out policies for medical care and service for the elderly, gender characteristics and differences should be taken into consideration.
