摘 要:自行制作脱氮喷淋塔,以NO_x为模拟烟气,尿素溶液为吸收剂,高锰酸钾和三乙醇胺为添加剂,在不同工况下进行实验,测试该塔净化烟气的能力。实验结果表明:尿素浓度越大,脱氮效率越高;NO_X浓度增大,脱氮效率随着减小;脱氮效率随烟气流量的增大先变大后减小;随液气比的增加脱氮效率先不断增大,后基本维持稳定;pH值越高,脱氮效率越高。两种添加剂脱氮效率都比无添加剂时的脱氮效率有大幅度提高,且添加剂的浓度越大脱氮效率越大,高锰酸钾添加剂在脱氮效率上明显优于三乙醇胺。Using self-made spray tower as the denitrification device, NO_X as simulated flue gas, urea solution as the absorbent, potassium permanganate and triethanolamine as additives, flue gas denitrification experiments were carried out under different conditions to test the ability of the flue gas purification tower. Experimental results show that the denitrification efficiency increases with the increase of the urea concentration, and decreases with the increase of the NO_X concentration; and the denitrification efficiency firstly increases and then decreases with the increase of the gas flow; and the denitrification efficiency first increases and then remains stable with increasing of the liquid-gas ratio; and the higher the p H,the greater the denitrification efficiency; using additives can greatly increase the denitrification efficiency; the larger the concentration of the additive, the greater the denitrification efficiency; the influence of potassium permanganate additive on the denitrification efficiency is significantly better than triethanolamine additive.
